Written by

1. Log in to WordPress

  • Go to your WordPress dashboard (yourdomain.com/wp-admin)
  • Log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Posts

  • In the left sidebar, click “Posts” > “Add New”

3. Start with a Title

  • Add your blog title at the top (e.g. Automate Like a Boss: Meet Agent Zapier)

4. Add Content with Blocks

  • Use the / command or click the + button to insert:
    • Paragraph for text
    • Image for visuals
    • Heading for section titles (use H2 or H3)
    • List for bullet points

🧠 Pro Tip: Each element is its own “block” — you can drag, duplicate, or customize them easily.

5. Paste Your Blog Content

  • Copy the formatted content I gave you above.
  • Paste it into a paragraph block or break it down into separate blocks for better styling and structure.

6. Add Images

  • Click + > Image, then upload your visuals (e.g. screenshots of the Zapier agent)
  • You can also drag and drop images directly.

7. Set Categories and Tags

  • On the right sidebar, expand the “Post” settings:
    • Add a Category like Automation, Keyweemotion, or Real Estate Tools
    • Add Tags like Zapier, Real Estate, Content Automation, etc.

8. Set a Featured Image

  • On the right panel, choose a Featured Image (usually the main blog banner)

9. Preview and Save

  • Click Preview to see how it looks on desktop and mobile.
  • If everything looks good, click Save Draft.

10. Publish It

  • When you’re ready to go live, hit the blue “Publish” button in the top right.
